We have been offering private and commercial real estate cleaning services in Tallinn, Pärnu, Kuressaare, and elsewhere since 2001. Our employees are motivated and customer-oriented specialists. We are currently cleaning more than 330 objects all over Estonia.
We are a customer-oriented company with more than 140 employees providing full-fledged cleaning services. Our portfolio includes more than 400,000 m2 of private and commercial real estate (incl. Apartment Associations, cooperatives), in Tallinn, Harjumaa and elsewhere in Estonia. We consider it important that our employees are well-motivated and trained professionals in the area of maintenance. The offer the following services:
- Indoor and outdoor cleaning
- Special cleaning – washing windows, washing carpets, deep washing and waxing of floors, etc.
- Landscaping services – lawn mowing, watering service, shrub and tree care, etc.
- Other maintenance work – snow protection, snow removal, street brushing, transport of leaf bags, etc.
ORGANISATION OF WELL-BEING AND MAINTENANCE WORK
Our task is to create cleanliness and tidiness for the client in his house and territory, to ensure safety of their user, as well as comfort and aesthetics of the object. In accordance with EVS 807:2016, in cooperation with the client, we prepare a reasonable remedial action plan, prepare cleaning plans and necessary instructions. We also carry out systematic control over the activities prescribed in the contract.
INDOOR CLEANING
Regular indoor maintenance and cleaning. The work to be carried out is agreed with each client individually according to the desire and need. We have experience in working on production facilities, shopping centers, hotels, medical institutions, office buildings, car salons, food industries, kitchens, educational, scientific and sports institutions, logistics and indoor maintenance cleaning of commercial premises.
OUTDOOR CLEANING
Kept clean walkways and driveways, green area, parking, etc. According to the season, leaf rustling, lawn mowing, snow removal, anti-slip, flag hoisting. The object is maintained according to the frequency requested by the customer and the agreed works. To simplify the choice of the right service and price range for your house, we offer ready-made packages according to the cleaning frequency and the list of works.

Training
In the structure of the training system, the specificities of the respective field and the objects served are monitored, results-based cleaning is followed, not activity-based cleaning.
Technology
All machines, tools and cleaning agents in use comply with ISO 9001 quality standards and they have ECO marks.
Responsibility
OÜ BREM Puhastus kannab vastutust oma töötajate ja/või alltöövõtjate tööalase süülise tegevuse tulemusena kliendile tekitatud varalise kahju eest ja hüvitab selle põhjustatud ulatuses.
Confidentiality
The Company shall ensure that no information is passed on regarding the information that has become known in the course of the provision of the service and undertakes to keep confidential the terms of the agreement, information, trade secrets and other data that could harm the interests of the client.
Monitoring
Internal control at the site is carried out by a foreman for cleaning service personnel, the quality of work is also checked by a service manager, whose aim is to ensure consistency between the promised and performed service.
