24-hour emergency service for all customers, within which we localize accidents and breakdowns no later than 4 hours after the registration of the notice.

- Finding out the causes of the acciden
- Localization of accidents within 4 hours (plumbing work, water emergency blockages)
- Switching on the main machine in the electrical system
- Performing post-accident repairs and restoring the pre-emergency situation
The elimination of emergency consequences, organization of emergency repairs, performance of works and material are separately remunerated. For residents of a house with a permanent contract, the call-out is free, the cost of works and material are added.
Emergency service
Round-the-clock emergency service for all customers. Priority service for contract customers.
The service includes receiving and registering emergency messages. Accidents and malfunctions shall be localized no later than 4 hours after registration of the notification. No call-out fee shall be imposed on the contracted customer.
